I have a family member who went to work for a bank and they did extensive credit and background checks, while my friend said at her work it is very little requirement. To make sure your credit is half way decent so that you are not a risk. You will be working with money, so a reasonably responsible person financially is desired. ---B. Usually the bank will require you to open an account in order to have your wages direct deposited. As long as your credit report isn't a mile long in the red....you will probably do fine.
