If you did, show your registration card/give them your registration number to the financial aid. If you didn't sign up for selective service at this time, I'm sorry to tell you that it is illegal (by law, all men 18-24 are required to sign up). Try to sign up for selective service anyway, even if you are too old. Just explain you didn't get a chance to sign up. I don't think you'll go to jail for signing up late. Better late than never.
