ANZ Bank May Agree to Buy Australian Financial Services, Review Reports
Australia & New Zealand Banking Group Ltd. may agree as soon as tomorrow to bu financial planning group Australian Financial Services, the Australian Financial Review reported, without saying where it got the information. AFS Group, as it’s known, has about 211 financial planners and A$6.5 billion of funds under advice, according to the report, which didn’t include a price for the transaction.
