How do I sell services on my website?

Hi Guys, I’ve a website. I want to sell some financial services. The website’s basic functionality is that clients would ask me questions and I’ll answer. But I want to charge them for each question. So how do I setup a system on my website that allows my clients to make secured payments using credit card on my website? How much it will cost and what I need to do? I’m not sure, but I think it is called e-commecre. Thanks.

Paypal is the easiest solution.

You would need to sign up at Paypal, verify your account and then you could set up a "shopping cart".

Paypal walks you through it.

Easiest way without you having to find credit card processing yourself.

Good luck

How do you find contractor jobs in financial services? ?

I currently work in financial services as a broker but want to find out about contracting jobs. I have a friend who has less qualifications than me ie F.P.C.12&3 that deals with bank complaints. He didn’t have any knowledge of this type of job before he started. I want to work in or around London, so if anyone could let me know how I would go about it please let me know!

By contracting,do you mean working for a company but not as an employee of that company or do u mean the legal side of things? if it is the former, then, building your own company website and registering yourself as a company could be a starting point, that way they can search for you and u can start working for yourself. You could also contact agencies cos they are good at matching you with the job. You will have that flexibility of moving from one contract to the next, not stuck with one company. If your question is regards to contracts, then I haven’t got a clue.
